Cikan Architects provide a full range of 3D visualizations products starting with 3D conceptual studies and ending with (but not limited to) photo-realistic digital renderings projected into real site photos. With the help of modern technology we can visualize and explore different designs, locations and building materials virtually prior architectural and engeneering drawings production.
The typical design process start with schematic phase. We provide client with conceptual study showing the massing, proportions and form in 3D perspective views without distracting details and finish materials. As the project design develops and the floor plans and elevations are refined the 3D model is updated accordingly.
Next step ads more architectural design elements and textures of building materials are rendered, giving the client a better idea of how the new project will look like when finished. At this phase we can explore different finish materials, color schemes, window and door types.
Through the all creative design process we do provide digital renderings by email (multi-page PDF) or uploading images to client's account.
